Easy BBQ Sliders
Ingredients:
- 1 small to medium pork roast (3-4 lbs)
- 1 bottle BBQ sauce
- 2 12-count packages slider buns
- Sweet pickle slices
Start this easy recipe early in the day!
- Line your Crock Pot with a slower cooker liner and add the pork roast. Add 2 cups of water and cook on low until fork tender (6 hours).
- Shred the pork meat with a fork. Add the entire bottle of BBQ sauce, and stir to mix well.
- Serve on slider buns topped with sweet pickle slices. Enjoy!
Red, White, & Blue Fruit Pops
Ingredients:
- 4 cups vanilla yogurt, divided
- 1 cup sliced strawberries
- 1 cup blueberries
This recipe is delicious and healthier than a carton of ice cream! All you need is a popsicle mold!
- Divide the vanilla yogurt in half. Mix the strawberries with 2 cups of yogurt, and the blueberries with the remaining amount.
- Portion the the yogurt-and-fruit mixture into popsicle molds and freeze. (You can refrigerate any remaining yogurt mixture, and enjoy the next day topped with granola for a delicious and refreshing breakfast.)
- Remove popsicles from freezer once firm and enjoy.
